Along with its aforementioned load limit, the CPS 230/1-4 is equipped with a number of compelling components to spark your interest. It has a 5:1 safety factor to give you total peace of mind while using it, a gearbox which has been fully lubricated to survive throughout the lifespan of the hoist without the need for maintenance, as well as emergency brakes which will kick in whether or not the hoist is receiving power.

Even fairly challenging environments will not pose a problem for this electric hoist. The chassis is sealed against the ingress of foreign matter and there are a number of other hard wearing features to add if required. This includes a stainless steel load chain that will not corrode in moist conditions.

Performance potential

The 125kg capacity is just the start of the story for this equipment. Also worthy of note is its lifting speed of 4 metres per minute, which is slow enough to ensure stability while also been fast enough to improve productivity.
